About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and professional Front Desk Scheduling Manager to run our front office with confidence and efficiency. This role manages daily scheduling, client communication, and administrative workflow while also supporting light creative tasks such as simple design work, social media content assistance, or basic document layout. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable balancing structure with creativity. Light cleaning and maintaining a tidy front‑office environment are also part of this role.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily scheduling for clients, projects, and team members
  • Serve as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and walk‑ins
  • Coordinate appointment changes, confirmations, and follow‑ups
  • Maintain accurate calendars, records, and scheduling systems
  • Assist with simple design tasks (flyers, social posts, basic layouts)
  • Support branding and communication efforts as needed
  • Keep the front office clean, organized, and presentable (light cleaning)
  • Organize documents, messages, and workflow for management
  • Provide administrative support to leadership as needed
  • Ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient front‑desk experience

Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Strong Organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and customer-service abilities

Basic design or creative skills (Canva, simple layouts, social media familiarty)

Comfortable using email and office tools

Professional, calm, and solution-focused demeanor

Field Crew Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Field Crew Lead to oversee on‑site construction work including interior trim, decks, installations, and remodel projects. This role requires strong leadership, hands‑on carpentry ability, and the confidence to run a job from start to finish. The ideal candidate can manage a small crew, maintain quality standards, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Hours Monday-Friday 7am- until job is complete

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and work alongside crew members on trim, decks, installs, and remodels
  • Read and interpret plans, drawings, and measurements accurately
  • Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code standards
  • Coordinate daily tasks, workflow, and jobsite organization
  • Communicate with office staff, clients, and subcontractors as needed
  • Manage materials, tools, and jobsite inventory
  • Troubleshoot issues and make on‑site decisions to keep projects on schedule
  • Train and support crew members to maintain productivity and craftsmanship
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License’s and dependable transportation
  • Strong carpentry experience (trim, framing, decks, remodels)
  • Proven leadership or crew‑lead experience
  • Ability to manage a jobsite with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, professional, and solution‑focused

  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in typical construction environments
Shop Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Wood Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations and lead production of custom wood projects. This role is hands‑on and requires strong woodworking ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow, materials, and equipment. The ideal candidate can confidently build mantles, built‑ins, posts, columns, shutters, and other custom pieces while also running a CNC machine and keeping the shop organized and efficient.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Key Responsibilites:

  • Manage and oversee daily wood shop operations
  • Build custom mantles, built‑ins, posts, columns, shutters, and specialty wood projects
  • Operate and maintain CNC machinery
  • Create and review cut lists, measurements, and project plans
  • Order materials, track inventory, and coordinate deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to quality standards
  • Communicate with office staff and field teams regarding timelines and project needs
  • Perform quality control checks on all completed work

Qualifications

Strong woodworking and carpentry experience

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Ability to build custom pieces with precision and craftsmanship

CNC machine experience (or willingness to learn quickly)

Ability to read drawings, plans, and measurements accurately

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Experience ordering materials and managing inventory

Leadership ability and comfort managing workflow and assistants

Field Assistant

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hard‑working Field Assistant to support our Crew Lead on interior trim, decks, installations, and remodel projects. This is a hands‑on role focused on learning, assisting, and keeping the jobsite running smoothly. The ideal candidate is motivated, willing to take direction, and ready to grow their skills in the field.

Hours Monday- Friday 7am-unitl job is completed

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Crew Lead with daily tasks on trim, decks, installs, and remodels
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
  • Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  • Follow instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Support measurements, cuts, and prep work as needed
  • Communicate clearly with the Crew Lead and team
  • Represent the company professionally on every jobsite

Qualifications

  • Some experience in construction or carpentry preferred (not required)
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attitude
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in typical construction environments
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
